About The Bard
Like Don Quijote, the Bard has lived a life of grand adventures and ignoble misadventures. Prior to becoming a playwright, he was a naval officer, a Grand Canyon boatman, a geologist, a conservation champion, an auctioneer, and a pipe organ repairman.
He is an alumni of the Kenyon [College] Institute’s Playwright Conference. His plays draw upon personal and professional experiences to explore social issues that are conspiciously absent from the dominant national dialogue.
I may be but a single playwright in a sea of playwrights, but my aspiration is to change perceptions around social issues, and I have branded my difference.
